Website Privacy Notice

This page explains what happens to information when you visit tikarihealth.com. It is separate from our Notice of Privacy Practices, which covers the health information we hold about you as a patient.

Effective date
September 25, 2026
Applies to
tikarihealth.com
Operated by
Tikari LLC, 12 Pennington St, Suite 100, Middletown, DE 19709

The short version. This website has no analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies, and no third-party scripts of any kind. It does not track you, does not profile you, and does not send anything about your visit to an advertising or data broker. The contact form does not transmit or store what you type. If you reach us through one of our Google ads, we may tell Google that the ad led to a consultation request, using only a click reference — never your name, contact details, or health information. How that works.

What we do not do

  • We set no cookies and use no browser storage to identify you. The only item this site ever keeps in your browser is the ad click reference described below, and only if you arrived from one of our ads.
  • We run no analytics — no Google Analytics, no heatmaps, no session recording.
  • We run no advertising or conversion pixels — no Meta pixel, no Google Ads tag, no TikTok or LinkedIn tag. Our pages never load code from Google or any other advertiser.
  • We load no third-party resources. Fonts, images, styles, and scripts are all served from our own domain, so browsing this site does not reveal your visit to any outside company.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

Because the pages you read here can reveal a health concern — a page about post-hospital recovery or wound care, for example — we treat that browsing activity as sensitive and have deliberately built the site so it is never collected in the first place.

What is unavoidably recorded

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs in order to deliver pages and defend against attacks. These logs can include your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and your browser's user-agent string. They are used only for security, abuse prevention, and keeping the site running, are retained for a limited period, and are not used to build a profile of you or combined with patient records.

  • Website hosting: Vercel Inc. serves this website and keeps the server logs described above. Your browser connects directly to Vercel.
  • Domain name records: Cloudflare, Inc. is the authoritative DNS provider for tikarihealth.com — it publishes the records that tell the internet where our site lives. Our records are configured as DNS-only, which means Cloudflare does not sit in front of this website: your page requests do not pass through Cloudflare, and it does not proxy, cache, inspect, or log your visits or anything you type here.
  • Email: Messages you send to our published address are delivered and stored by Google Workspace (Google LLC), which hosts email for tikarihealth.com and acts as our business associate under a HIPAA business associate agreement. Email is a separate service from this website — nothing you do on this site sends us email unless you choose to write to us yourself.

Our website host does not act as a business associate, because this site is static: it holds no patient records, has no database, and the consultation form has no backend to send anything to. No protected health information reaches the host, so there is nothing for it to safeguard on our behalf. Email is different — email can carry health information, which is why the email provider named above operates under a business associate agreement. If we ever add a feature to this site that receives information from you, we will put an agreement in place with the host first and update this notice before turning it on.

The consultation request form

The form does not send anything itself. When you press Send Request, your own email app opens with a message addressed to Jerise@tikarihealth.com, pre-filled with what you typed. Nothing reaches us unless you choose to send that email, and you can edit or delete anything in it first. This website does not transmit or store what you type; closing or refreshing the page clears it. You can also call us at +1 (302) 203-7113.

If we ever connect a direct intake system, we will only use one that operates under a business associate agreement, we will update this page before switching it on, and we will state plainly on the form itself where your information is going.

Please keep clinical detail out of the form and out of email. Your name, how to reach you, and a sentence or two about the situation is all we need to start. Ordinary email is not encrypted end to end, so do not send discharge summaries, medication lists, test results, photographs of wounds, or insurance identifiers until we have set up a secure channel with you. If it is urgent, call. If it is an emergency, call 911.

Measuring our Google ads

We advertise on Google Search. To know whether those ads are worth running, we count how many consultation requests and calls they produce. We do this without putting any Google code on this website.

  • Consultation requests. When you click one of our ads, Google adds a random click reference to the web address. If you arrived that way, this site keeps that reference in your browser tab only (it is erased when you close the tab) and adds it as one labeled line at the bottom of the email the form prepares. You can delete that line before sending. When we receive a request that includes it, we report to Google only the click reference, the time, and the fact that a consultation request was received. We never send Google your name, email address, phone number, the reason you wrote, or whether you became a patient.
  • Phone calls from ads. If you call the number shown in one of our ads, Google routes the call and records its length and your area code so the call can be counted. That happens inside Google's own ad service, under Google's privacy policy. What you say on the call is not recorded or shared.

If you would rather not be counted at all, call the number on this website instead of the one in the ad, or delete the ad reference line from your email. Either way we will respond the same.

Email and phone

If you email or call us, we keep that message so we can respond and, if you become a patient, as part of your record. Email you send to us travels over the ordinary internet and we cannot guarantee its security in transit. We will move any clinically detailed conversation to a secure channel.

Children

Tikari serves adults. This website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Links out

Where we link to another organization, such as a government agency, that site has its own privacy practices and we are not responsible for them. We send no referrer information when you follow a link away from this site.

Your choices and rights

Because we collect nothing about your visit, there is no browsing profile to access, correct, or delete. If you are a patient, your rights over your health information — access, correction, restriction, an accounting of disclosures, and more — are described in our Notice of Privacy Practices. Delaware residents may also have rights under the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act, and Maryland residents under the Maryland Online Data Privacy Act; to exercise any of them, contact us below.

Those two laws work differently for a practice of our size. Each one applies only to businesses that handle personal data about at least 35,000 state residents a year, or at least 10,000 while making more than a fifth of their revenue from selling personal data. We are far below both thresholds, and we do not sell personal data at all. Separately, both laws set your medical record aside from their scope, leaving it protected by HIPAA and by Delaware and Maryland health-privacy law instead. So your rights in your health record — to a copy, to request a correction, to an accounting of certain disclosures, to ask us to limit sharing, and to complain — come from our Notice of Privacy Practices, not from these statutes. We will honor a state privacy-law request about any information we hold outside of care, and we will not retaliate against anyone for making one.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the effective date above. Material changes — particularly anything that starts collecting information we do not collect today — will be described plainly rather than buried.
